Yep, looks like his jugular was blown out. For some reason, it was on my wife’s Facebook. My guess is he’s not going to recover from this, by the looks of it. If he does, I don’t think he’ll have a voice.

Also there are a lot of procedures after he’s in the ambulance, if he died in the ambulance for example it would be awhile before we hear anything.
