The ruling means Cook will remain on the board of the central bank until her case is heard at length.

A federal judge on Tuesday granted a temporary restraining order blocking President Donald Trump’s firing of Federal Reserve governor Lisa Cook for now.

The ruling means Cook will remain on the board of the central bank until her case is heard at length. She is allowed to continue carrying out her work during that time.

In granting the order, U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb said that “the Court will enter an injunction directing [Fed Chair Jerome] Powell and the Board of Governors to allow Cook to continue to operate as a member of the Board for the pendency of this litigation.”

    Until the Supreme Court rules:

    1. This is unprecedented and against the law but he can still do it.

    2. This is what the founders would have wanted (trust me bro I bought a ouija board), he can still do it.

    3. We’re going to pretend to think about this sternly but in the end, he can still do it.

I don’t know, this might be their red line. Brutalizing poor people of color and slashing services for needy children they couldn’t care less about, but messing with the fed might mess with rich people’s yacht money and I think they still have a problem with that.

If there’s one real reason he’ll be out, it’s this one. Welcome President Vance. I hope you’re not as much of a douchebag as it seems.

It’s also why I think the extreme Epstein stuff is coming out. Screw with the money in the wrong way and they’ll find a way to push you out. You wanted a deep state? There’s your deep state.

The worst part is they won’t even give us a reason as to why they ruled the way they did. The court is too cowardly to bullshit us to our faces.

The conservative majority didn’t even bother issuing a majority opinion on their overturning of the 4th amendment. They don’t even bother past step one anymore.

They allow it and just not give an explanation. Like they just did with allowing Trump to target people by race.
