Reminder that police who do not identify themselves are not police.

It is legal to kill in self defense or defense of others if unidentifiable people are trying to abduct people off the street.

It’s moral to do so even

It may be legal on paper or by social media lawyers but courts and federal judges will be quick to ignore all that shit. Also I don’t know about you but me pulling out an EDC to defend against a team of highly trained and equipped like they are taking a stroll through Baghdad Red Zone circa 2007 seems like unfavorable odds for me. I like living sometimes.

No one wants to die, everyone needs to make the right decisions for themselves, and for legal reasons I would never advocate for violence.

        However…

…turned out to be a bit of a surprise for the world’s most powerful military.

If they were trained they’d probably not be constantly afraid of everything and would be able to hit their targets more often than they hit innocent bystanders.

I’d be less worried about the courts, which might actually look in your favor, and more worried about having to potentially fight multiple armed and body armored assailants. That’s not to say disagree with you though. If you’re well-armed and confident, go for it.
