It’s annoying when people get pedantic about spelling on the internet, but at least you weren’t a massive, insufferable arsehole about it.
Yeah, Lemmy loves to talk about how this won’t work and they’ve moved to Plex, but overall it’s been working great for Netflix.
Eventually the bubble will burst and people will start to drop Netflix, but that’s a way off.
Is this post what finally gets me to buy a steam deck 🤔
Not in this case, I found a recent thread where people posted a side by side of an old product with the new one.
The cotton/polyester split used to be 75/25, now it’s 55/45…
Mine used to scream at me for being lazy all the time, and now she wonders why I don’t talk to her about anything 🤷♂️
Some of it was discovered by force.
People need to shut up saying stuff in the British museum is stolen.
Nothing was stolen, it was discovered.
I was gonna say that’s good to know, then realised I’ll probably never actually come into contact with a gun

The only remotely interesting character in Romulus.
Music is mixed that way, but spatial then takes a hammer to that concept.
It takes away the single interwoven sound and imo sounds like different tracks being played on opposite sides of the room.
I usually try the atmos mix for an album if it’s available on tidal, and usually all it ever does is remove the punch from songs.
Lysergic acid diethylamide doesn’t fix a bad mix.
You can still hear all the separate instruments surrounding you on a good regular mix, all the spatial does is break the interwoven sound.
I hate the “spatial” mixes.
Sometimes they’re done really well, but most of the time it’s just putting different parts of the song in different areas and makes it sound “diluted”.
Like, the guitar is in front of you, then the bass is behind and to the left… why??
I’ve had showers where I feel like I’m out watering the shower
Ain’t nothing low key about my mental illness.
I was born in it, molded by it.
Why do you need a degree?
You can do well without one, maybe shift to looking at a career that doesn’t require one and suits what you want to do.
To put it bluntly, it sounds like you’re wasting time looking back at this point, rather than looking at what you can do from your current position.
I’ve been in a similar position and made good progress since I had a mindset shift, trying to let go of the regrets and focus on the small things I can do now instead.

I don’t understand how people don’t indicate in general. It’s just so automatic for me, I’d need to make a conscious effort not to.
Sometimes I accidentally indicate because I’m going around a sharp bend that my brain registers as a corner 😂
