2·18 days agoWe had grey fox at my dad’s place, a little den of them. He used to feed them the groundhogs he’d shoot. They were really cool looking.
Yep, it’s a cone. They make ones with fun prints too, like with sprinkles and icing. This one is one from the vet. I try to take it off a few times per day and give him scratches.
His name is Antonio, Scarface.
His brother also had a successful surgery this week on a lump on his cheek. We’re playing hospital this week. Guess I’ll have time for memes. 😂
He got his leg caught in the back door while the wind blew it shut. :( I feel so bad, but he seems fine. Really, really high atm lol. Nothing broken though! Just needed stitches and a little sew. Literally the most expensive cat though. Every few years we are doing something lmao
I bought an old single digit version of a kindle and just use Calibre. It’s pretty great.
2·2 months agoYeah, outside of this month he isn’t too bad, just occasional little ones around his bad joints, which I try to get after he is medicated for the night. I also have a husky mix molting atm, so at least they’re in sync and get the fluff all out at once. 😂😂
Yea, this is beyond all that. I’m having them finish the job when they put him under anesthetic next week for a little operation. I usually get him a lions cut this time of year. His undercoat is just so fine.
Lmao my 19 year old boy is a fighter, we always end up with battle wounds if he needs a bath. He finds the comb and brush a bit too overstimulating this time of year too, too many tugs for the amount I’d have to do… So, he gets a nice patchy butt whenever I can dart in for a dreadlock. He is definitely part maine coon (large), so his hips aren’t great for grooming. A small price to pay haha, at least I get to call him more silly names for the month.
