Spinnaker? MongoDB? EnterpriseDB?
But that’s only 3 factories that they do have, building new ones would take years, they have lost the first mover advantage if they ever have one.
How would they scale it? I don’t think they have the factories even if they figure out the process. Last time I looked they had 2 (or 3?) locations.
I’m probably not your coworker, but it was the case with me. I liked the guy when he was a weird nerd and I liked the car.
I still like the car to be honest but I’m seriously considering buying a bumper sticker with “I bought this before I knew he was a Nazi”.
No way I’m buying another one as long and he’s related to the company in any way.
IMHO only FSD is something they could potentially achieve, but it took them so long the competition is catching up. At least in Europe (where Teslas have barely functioning traffic sign recognition) other manufacturers have level 3 ADAS in production. Like legally certified and everything.
Their batteries ( both mobile and grid storage) are nothing special, the 4680 is MiA, catl and BYD have bigger market shares already, I don’t know about Panasonic and other manufacturers, could be too.
And the robot is vaporware unless proven otherwise.
I’m not a gambler so I won’t short it (Elon can give himself trillions in government assistance now), but sure as hell wouldn’t hold it anymore.
To give the car time to lower the window a few millimeters and avoid damaging the seal. Plus someone probably thought it would look cool or something. There’s a manual release in case the car loses power, or something breaks.
It’s not unique to Teslas either, a few other cars have done the same thing.
Not that much, but definitely measurable. A Tesla competitor did some tests and they got a 1% range increase.
Replacing side mirrors with cameras also has a similar impact, but costs like 3.000 euros as an option.
So your choice of wheels has a bigger impact, but it’s not totally pointless. And cheap to do.
If it helps, in 90 years Americans will have anti-fascist rallies…
Ah, so you want me to prove a negative? Right on!
PS: rebuttal of appeal to authority with more appeal to authority. Noice.
Lots of books have been written about scientology too, appeal to authority won’t fly here.
Just forgot to add, I love how you talk about “brutal IMF loans”. Brutal was when Soviet soldiers invaded my country, raping, pillaging and occupying it for almost 50 years. I assure you, taking a loan is slightly less brutal. Just a bit.
My country isn’t anyone’s landlord, barely regained independence not that long ago.
Yeah, it goes up for those, but it still barely cracks half and you have examples like Estonia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan where single digit people support it.
The communist party is not banned in most Eastern European countries (what a novel idea, not banning parties and not throwing political opponents in jail!) and they get single digit vote share. This evil capitalist state, preventing communism by checks notes giving people freedom, and prosperity…
Well documented, you mean by some single polls, 30 years after it happened, and even then only half of the countries have a barely positive retrospective? That’s quite well documented indeed… https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosy_retrospection
And you know that there’s nothing preventing them from forming it again, right? If they miss it so much they could recreate it. Remind me, how many of them are in CIS and how many in the union state? Oh, only two dictatorships, Russia and Belarus? But they have so much popular support! Look at those two surveys!
Up is down, cats are dogs and they ended famine by creating famine? Sure… What’s 5 million Ukrainians here, 20 thousand poles there, minor details. Just some light ethnic cleansing, the important thing is that schools had a dentist. And that invading, occupying, opressing and exploiting 20+ other countries is good for GDP, line must go up after all. Also tell me more about how many women were First secretary? Or generals? Or any position of power?
I have spent time in the Soviet union, no need for western books, but show me more graphs and recommend more books! But not the ones you dislike, those have been apparently magically discredited by your favorite discord guru or lemmy mod.
