People who joined the protest will feel empowered and less isolated. Some got to know likeminded locals and may start to connect or make plans. They look forward to the next protest.

You need to let go of the hate, it makes your life miserable. There is nothing for you at the bottom of this, just paranoia and destruction. Go meet some real people in reality, it helps.
Came to say this: Samatha-vipassanā!
The internet is over, you guys. We can finally switch off our devices and take a good nap.
Use DietPi, it’s a great OS
Hey, I didn’t mean that as an insult to you. It’s just a minor annoyance I wanted to share. If it sounded too harsh I’m sorry.
Well done, thank you.
I’d love text information like this to be copy pasted for a couple of bytes instead of sharing screenshots of text like some filthy boomer.
Please read (or listen to) How not to die. It is a great book, funny and full of cool information, it changed my life a little.
No, I got it from someone quoting it on some talk or podcast. Tried to low-effort-verify it but couldn’t. So I just rolled with it. :)
“If everyone who understands the seriousness of the situation were to become more involved, then we would have all the people we need. We need to mobilize our friends, not convert our opponents.”
~ Rebecca Solnit
I was fiddeling with my Raspberry Pi 4 but decided to buy a refurbished Dell Wyse Thin Cient 5070. It cost like 70€, I put DietPi on it because I love it, plugged an external drive and I’m very happy with the experience.
Synching is incredibly useful, my list of synced folders keeps getting longer, my list of added devices keeps growing. I pray the never drop android support!
I again want to recommend DietPi. Installing software like NextCloud from it is as easy as choosing it from a menu and hitting enter.
Keep being a decent human bean still is the way to go, though. Otherwise it’s a race to the bottom, Marquis de Sade-style. Fuck these psychopaths, you’re better than them!
Ploopy fills my hand really well
Wikipedia says it’s written by all four members of the band. And I agree, they’re super mainstream and unremarkable but Viva la Vida is perfect. The lyrics are epic, poetic, wise, sad and true. The instrumental is flawless, simple yet classy with these strings and the choir. The atmosphere is unlike any other song I’ve ever head and it’s breathtaking even after listening for the 100th time. A true masterpiece.
Agreed. The tagline “lightweight justice” always sounded strange to me as well. They could definitely go with a friendlier, more mainstream design.
I use Syncthing to sync DCIM and Pictures folders from Android to my computer. Every six month or so, I move pictures from these folder to the folder for this years pictures: home/pictures/2025. So they disappear from my phone as well, which is great to free up space. This works great for me.
You need to get in touch with your local Repair Café! It’s sounds like you would make a perfect addition. :)
