Other people’s work
Blocking by firewall probably the best option. I’m just rolling with the updates and planning on getting a different brand next upgrade. Things are changing fast.

Protesting is a legal right but I’m not sure it really does much anymore. Money is king. People need to realize that using Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, etc is giving these people power.
I’m believe we attract relationships with people who are similar.
I would like to blame modern society but since the term “Lone Wolf” exists, I’m guessing it’s older than that.
There’s a bunch of available housing in my area, but it’s just super expensive. I guess building more might work. My only concern is I only see larger 3+ BR housing or shared housing behind built. The days is affordable 1 to 2 bedroom houses are over. If you want something smaller, you are stuck with condo and high HOAs. Personally, I think they should bring back trailer parks and force ownership to be local.
Open source is the free bicycle that will get you to the coffee shop. Priority software is the SUV you lease to do the same.
Enjoy being poor.
Cooking! Everybody’s gotta eat. Sorry first thing that came to mind.

Why no vote by mail?
I think the tech industry misses the good old days when the upgrade was noticable and exciting. Now it’s just this big media blitz and the upgrades are not that noticeable. Lol, nothin like watching a 30 minute video that they flip back and forth with. “Oh, I can see the difference”
It was like retaliation for that Al Gore climate movie.
Yeah, that’s why I left. I realized I was wanting a different more Win/Mac/KDE(Classic?) experience on my desktop. It’s just hard to leave because I used to really like Gnome back in the day.
Ugh! I used to only use Gnome. KDE just seemed like a mess. Gnome 3 came out and I tried to like it but decided to take a break. I used classic gnome, mint, xfce and some others that I can’t remember. For years I bounced around. Finally, a year ago, I was ready to give Gnome a shot again. I really tried. Learning the quick key commands, then giving into old style habits and getting all the plugins that’s made everything just right.
Two things happened. First, I updated my OS and some of my 3rd party plugins no longer worked. Second, I didn’t like how I had to install a bunch of community plugins to get basic desktop functionality. I finally realized that what I wanted from a desktop gui was not what gnome vision is and I was forcing my wants with add-ons.
I heard that the Steam Deck uses KDE. So I tried KDE and was really impressed. The messy feel that I disliked seemed to be gone. KDE is currently working well for me.
This is just my experience. I’ve have read plenty of forums with people who seem to like modern Gnome.
The worry is good for motivation.
Just makes me think of the barf scene in ‘Stand by me’
I have an A1 and it’s been a fun learning 3d printing. I got it before all this started last year. While I’m happy with my device I’ll probably just wait for it die or a major upgrade comes along. Elegoo looks nice.
