Supreme Court blocks, for now, new deportations under 18th-century wartime law

High court acted in an emergency appeal from the American Civil Liberties Union contending that immigration authorities appeared to be moving to restart removals under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

Most importantly to Thomas and Alito, the “gratuities” will stop coming in if they have no real power.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
