The Trump administration said the court didn’t have the authority to order his return

For them to order his return they would have to go through other courts challenging that their Supreme Leader doesn’t actually have Supreme Authority up until it’s at the Supreme Court and convince them to accept the case then convince them to go against Supreme Leader.

And they would likely have to find this person to prove he’s still alive, and keep him alive in prison throughout this process
