I’d argue that Trump and Republicans threw things into chaos, not the courts.

Thrown into chaos is doing a lot of work. They tried implementing the map, got sued and it went all the way to the state’s supreme Court and the US Supreme Court who both said they can’t use the new map. Now they’re still trying to ram it through even if what they’re doing is blatantly illegal.
