Trump said the forthcoming operations to take over Iran's oil infrastructure, and its oil and gas markets, would be similar to U.S. actions in Venezuela.

Clearly if the Trump administration wants to do war crimes they do it without announcement, like the water infrastructure in Sirik.

So this Trump military plan announcement is yet another “in 2 weeks” type of thing.
