I would love to see liberal states begin researching ways to banning states without violating the commerce clause.
We need more creative solutions like the SCOTUS term limits bill that has been making the rounds.
(I can’t find the article but basically a president nominates a justice and then the longest serving justice is now considered a justice ameritus or something like that. Only the 9 shortest serving justices hear and decide cases, thereby still allowing justices to serve life sentences. It was genius.)
