So, you know how it looks worse before it starts to look better? That’s usually when I decide I need a break.
Then a few days later I’ll start the “making it worse” part again.
I tried cleaning my room yesterday and ended up pacing furiously for hours and smoking a bunch of weed
At least you got something done
I did get twice the amount of steps as I normally do. It was also the day after an off day so I didn’t eat shit as I sped bullets
Acid is good for this. There is no wearing off on that 12 hour ride.
Yes, this is why I break it down into smaller chunks. That way I can stop at some point and not live in chaos for months. 😅
Break it down as far as it’ll fucking go, with a hacksaw if necessary. Then i can just always do one tiny little thing, and hey presto after a week i’m already halfway done without feeling like the walking dead!
If I only did stuff when I’m motivated to do it, I don’t think I would get anything done ever.
