Mainstream media are covering cracks in the Democratic Party over Israel and AIPAC, but paying scant attention to AIPAC’s open support of over 190 Republican Senate and House candidates who have funded Israel’s war crimes and genocide in Gaza. Nor has significant attention been given to those Republicans who have been particularly outspoken in clamoring for even more violence.
Simultaneously, also unsurprisingly, the Israel lobby group is boosting the Senate and House campaigns of nearly 100 Democrats who have provided funding for the Gaza genocide. The jump from funding Israeli apartheid to funding genocide has finally led to outrage from grassroots Democrats.
