Strangely enough, hospital cafeterias are often rather affordable places for the public to eat.
This has, unfortunately, been rapidly changing.
the itemized bill for my lunches at my last hospital stay were absurd; who pays $35 for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?!
That’s probably because it was included in billing instead of purchased directly.
