I think the reason he keeps getting elected is because a lot of older people in the Inland Empire overall are pretty conservative, which wouldn’t be a problem necessarily but then you have the overall more conservative and bougie assholes out towards Coachella Valley which tips the scales conservative on a county level. Unlike say San Bernardino where the desert has a population of approximately fuck all still and the more conservative elements are slowly losing ground by the fact we don’t really have a large wealthy urban center, like sure East Highland and Redlands have rich assholes but they are handily countered by fucken Colton and Yucaipa.
