Ukraine will accept my proposal because it would end a war which is killing its people and which it might not win. The problem is whether Putin will accept the proposal.

Under my plan Putin doesn’t get all he wants. He will be getting far less territory than he wants.

You do realize that four Ukrainian regions were written into Russian law and they are not Do bass?
This supports my view that Putin wants land. The reason is Ukraine’s natural resources. Ukraine is considered the breadbasket of Europe.
