        Look, last I checked the roll of the executive branch in the rule of law was to enforce the laws passed by congress and upheld by the judicial system. It’s pretty clear that the entire process of bringing Trump and his ilk to trial was slow walked by the DOJ under Merrick Garland, appointed by Biden. That’s not judge, jury, or executioner, it’s their roll as the DOJ.

          Jack Smith was pretty far into his investigation when the American people collectively decided they didn’t care and voted Trump back into office.

          Unfortunately real life isn’t like CSI and most investigations take years much less ones that involve the president without any clear legal precedent and a hostile SCOTUS.
