President Donald Trump on Monday said the Justice Department is investigating Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.).

Trump made the announcement on Truth Social, writing: “the DOJ and Congress are looking at ‘Congresswoman’ Illhan Omar, who left Somalia with NOTHING, and is now reportedly worth more than 44 Million Dollars. Time will tell all.”

    Just copying what I commented awhile ago about Ilhan Omar’s networth.

    Based on what I could find a majority of that networth comes from her husband’s businesses, a winery and a venture capital firm. And the jump seems to be related to lawsuits being settled which previously decreased the value of those businesses.

    That being said there are plenty of criticisms to made for both Republican and Democratic members of Congress’s ever increasing networth and shady stock trades.

    My guess is this “investigation” will find nothing but will still try and get a grand jury to indict her.

      Or they’ll find things that literally every other member of congress is guilty of (like shady stock trades) and punish only the brown-skinned woman.
