“The Secret Service came to my door today because of a tweet. No threats. No violence. Just words. That’s where we are now,” she wrote on X in a thread about the ordeal.
She was asked about the comments she made online, and she made it clear, “I want to see their trials.”
Right but that’s not the same thing at all.
I think the point is that she’s not calling for anything extrajudicial but they’re still coming by to intimidate her.
But without being able to see the tweets I don’t really know what they said. Just someone else’s description of what she said her intent was.
I’m sure it’s still not justified but if they started with “string them all up” or something it’s a bit different.
Just being picky about, you know, knowing what the actual details are.
