An impeachment effort against Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem will “move forward,” members of Congress are promising, after the effort was announced last week in the wake of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer fatally shooting a United States citizen in Minneapolis.

“We’re gonna move forward to impeach Kristi Noem,” Representative Angie Craig, a Minnesota Democrat, vowed during an interview with MS Now on Sunday.

In a press release, Democratic Representative Robin Kelly‘s office said that the 3 articles of impeachment would allege Noem “abused her office for personal benefit and steered federal dollars to associates,” “willfully obstructed Congressional oversight and withheld Congressionally appropriated funds in violation of her constitutional oath and federal law” and “compromised public safety, violated due process of American citizens, and directed unconstitutional actions.”

So first you said they voted in favor of the bill which I proved was a lie. Then you moved the goalposts to say “well, they didn’t fight hard enough” when you admit they literally shut down the government to stop the bill. Why are you so mad at Dems when you are giving Republicans a free pass?

      Nope wrong bill.

The 2026 budget was approved on a 60-40 vote that included 9 democrats.

Also who the hell said I wasn’t mad at Republicans? I want those traitors all gone

And the house passed it 222-209. If you want to blame the 8 Senate Democrats that voted for the bill, go ahead (Durbin, King, Hassan, Shaheen, Cortez Masto, Rosen, Fetterman, and Kaine),but blaming all of them is nonsense. Republicans are by far the problem and pretending there is no difference is delusional.

I never once said to blame all of them, only the ones that voted for it. I researched the Senate democrats, but if house democrats voted to they share just as much blame. None are in my district so I didn’t commit everyone to memory.

Honestly you’re starting to invented arguments over things I’ve never said
