Trump said that Venezuela’s new leader, Delcy Rodríguez, would help the United States run Venezuela. She quickly said the opposite.
Trump said Delcy Rodríguez was sworn in as Venezuela’s interim president and would act as a partner in letting the United States run the country.
“She’s essentially willing to do what we think is necessary to make Venezuela great again,” he said.
Less than two hours later, Ms. Rodríguez — who was Nicolás Maduro’s vice president — delivered a televised address to Venezuela that made clear she viewed the United States as an illegal invader that must be rejected.

Everyone I have spoken to who has been there have said nice things.
Edit: The same can not be said of China, or the us.
What bad things do people who went to China say? The only negative I have is the state of the bathrooms and the great firewall.
Food quality, endless scams, economic options for people, government corruption (more so the local governments) and from a woman I went to collage with; a bleak situation as a woman overall (however this may have improved).
These where comments from people who lived there (some born there) and that’s not even mentioning the government threats to ex pats that happen.
Huh, I guess the government seriously cracked down on the first 3 before I got there. I did hear complaints about the difficulty getting a job.
The food thing was mostly localized and people who did not look Chinese had more issues, most people I know that lived in China got very sick at least once. Not saying the food is bad or anything, I think it is more a matter of scamming people. The scamming is really bad in some parts but not bad in others and not a problem unique to China. And the economic option issues is more about not having good places to invest money in China, and that makes sense since I am talking mostly to people who have left for that reason.
