When I get notebooks if I open them up and get that sudden apprehension of ruining it with a mistake I immediately fill a page with garbage and squiggles. Then the spell is broken and I’m worthy of writing in it again.

When I get to that page, I write around the squiggles.

This is why I get cheapish ones so I can fill them with gibberish unapologetically

Look at amateur hour adhd over here. You gotta buy loose leaf paper and binders so you can dump out the contents of started but never finished projects as you remember them and reuse them till they break.

for me it’s books that I will start reading but never finish :|
