Sweeping Democratic victories in off-year elections seem to be foreshadowing a very good midterms for the party, and one expert believes it’s even bigger than that.

This would require a complete shift change in leadership long before the races begins. Democratic leadership is still polling at historic lows and they’re dragging the part down with them. Absolutely the conditions are ripe. but it requires excellent communication, strategy, a bold vision for the fight that can actually galvanized the base that Democrats have worked so hard to erode.
