    Well, they will be prosecuted, or at least there is the chance that they will be. Trump was already convicted of sexual assault which in other states would have been a rape charge. The problem is that he, nor “high-profile people” will ever spend even a single day in the prison cell they belong into.

      Alright, face consequences would be more appropriate, but most people face consequences after they are prosecuted lol.

      Trump was never convicted of sexual assault.

      His 34 convictions are for campaign finance crimes.

      He was found civilly liable for sexual assault, and was found as a matter of fact to have raped, but other than monitory fines in civil court, nothing legal can be done about the rapes.

        The term I most see thrown around is “adjudicated rapist” <-- IANAL, so not sure if that applies or not.

          That is the correct term. It came from a civil case, where the burden of proof is lower, but also there’s no criminal consequences.
