Seriously, though, this guy has no idea what a/the antichrist would be like based on the literature he’s purportedly referencing. He’s not accusing televangelist fraudsters, war criminals, or deceptive, charismatic, powerful world leaders that threaten religious freedom.
Imagine reading/watching The Lord of the Rings and interpreting it as a tragic tale in which the noble protagonist is defeated at the end. That will give a pretty good idea of who he is, what he’s doing, and why.

Well that’s basically what happened though, an enlightened leader who brought prosperity and fulfilling work to the masses got brutally cut down multiple times.
But did that stop him? No! he just keeps on coming back, because he had a dream! A dream that got brutally squashed by terrorists and a despot who had an excellent PR Division, spinning their revisionist history propaganda to the gullible masses.

I didn’t even know who Eliezer was, I just skimmed his Wikipedia page.
I’m an atheist, but hearing about a billionaire defense contractor who goes on rants about the antichrist makes me think “hmm maybe this dude is the Antichrist”.
It just reminds me too much of those super anti-paedophilia guys who make anti-paedophilia their entire personality and then turn out to have terabytes of CSAM on their laptop.
I believe Thiel’s name is one of the ones found in the Epstein emails.

If I recall it was this one anti-ai guy who he used to mentor, and also Greta Thunberg which is hilarious and stupid.
He apparently had a whole seminar on how he assess who he thinks most resembles the antichrist , and I have no idea if this is some sort of thought exercise or is he’s being literal.
The real added later of absurd irony is that if THE Jesus Christ returned to share his message of radically pious non violent service to the downtrodden, Thiel would call him the antichrist and demand for him to be tortured to death again.
After learning about it I think he’s being literal unfortunately. I also no longer think he’s smart.
Don’t forget that the UN is also the anti-christ, according to Thiel. Behind the bastrds recently did a two-parter on him. Great episodes.
