Man Thunberg has been chronically based since she hit the centre stage. No wonder Thiel thinks shes the antichrist.

Liberals have shifted to parroting what I can only assume is the establishment democrat point of “we can’t run leftist policies because they aren’t popular and leftists can’t win elections.” Which is ridiculous because their lack of popularity stems from them moving to the right constantly, and is easily disproven because YOU CAN SEE WITH CURRENT ELECTION TRENDS THAT LEFT WING POLICIES ARE POPULAR AND WIN ELECTIONS.

I do not understand the Liberal mindset in america anymore. I used to see them as potential allies but they’ve shown me that they are not capable of being that.

We aren’t talking about those athletes. Nobody thinks that professional athletes that don’t make any money are overpaid.

I always hate when this argument is used when were talking about celebrities here. As if a famous athlete or a famous musicians relation to labour and the benefits of that labour is at all comparable to say a coal miner’s relationship with capital.

The overwhelming majority of people do. Scams like this dont work on most people. It just takes one or two stupid people every 100 calls or whatever to make it worth it. There are a lot of really stupid people out there though.

I guess I understand what the purpose of being able to pardon people is. What I really meant was why is pardoning something unilaterally allowed to the president of the United States? That seems like giving a lot of “judge jury and executioner” power to one person based on a farce of democracy thats controlled by the elite of the US.

I realized I’ve answered my own question as i was typing it.

Many of the founders of the USA were themselves self centred autocrats so I’m not entirely certain that the system isn’t working exactly as intended.
