    Hopefully we can give his ass the boot and then have him tried on the world stage. And this point I’d be down for someone to just whack him, I’m fucking over this shit.

      The US isn’t part of the ICC and has veto power in the UN. The US is quite literally above the law and there isn’t anything anyone can really do about it.

        Why don’t all states kick them out then or just recombine into a fair new UN, seems necessary.

          Because the real power of the US isn’t the ICC exemption or the UN SC veto, but their six thousand nukes and the biggest navy in the world.

            And the fact that the US dollar is the basis for most economies.

            In fact, a new UN wouldn’t even be necessary, instead everyone would just have to stop recognizing the veto powers of any country. But, again, that comes with other consequence.
