It could be infrared photography, which usually means that an infrared image with false colors is superimposed unto a normal photo.

I have seen many such pics and they have a similar feel to them.

Additionally this has been edited a lot. There’s some weird brush effect in the foreground and it’s too saturated.

🤔 the electric lines look really confusing and they have a sheen from below on them, in the foreground, which doesn’t make sense to me. I think you could be right with this having been generated.

I take it all back, OP posted an un- or at least less edited version. The sheen I refered to is sunlight coming from behind and below (which also makes the clouds look like that), and the pic was probably taken while riding a bike, hence the weird brush effect.

The angles of the overhead lines make no sense whatsoever. Additionally, most of the rungs of the transmission towers aren’t even supporting any lines. The left sides of the towers don’t have any insulators and the ones on the right don’t look correct.

And if you look closely, the leftmost, highest line simply fades gradually into nothingness.

We got those cotton candy sunsets around here most nights. Maybe most places do, but I never noticed it as much as in NW Florida.
