I ansolutly agree here, the western media was telling everyone how great it’s going, but its just copium.
But Russian media was doing the exact same bullshit.
Can we all agree that media is biased and always political.
Looking back, it’s pretty clear that Russian media has been far more grounded in reality than western media. Of course, it’s not because Russian media is somehow morally superior, it just happens to be easier to report factually when facts align with your narrative. Hence why it’s so dangerous to confine yourself to a particular media bubble and ignore all other sources.
