Huppke took aim at Trump’s digressions at a White House presser to claim that it’s “clear” the president has “caught Sleepy Joe Biden’s" cognitive decline.

Throughout the presser, Trump went off-script to attack Democrats, “woke” policies and twice made a slip about Friday’s upcoming meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin – claiming he would be “in Russia” when in reality the meeting is in Alaska.
