    Finish the paper, or don’t, the outcome is the same. You don’t have to worry about the paper anymore. Which is what really matters here.

    The second way is easier.

      It was unfortunate to learn that work did not have the concept of semesters and you couldn’t just write off an assignment from your boss as ‘well I’ll get a zero from that one, but there’s always next semester’. They just keep bugging you about it over and over even though clearly I’ve moved on already.

      Semesters were a much easier ‘reset’ than getting fired was.

      I can still remember the dread and the moment you cave and just say “whatever I won’t do it” because you’re exhausted before starting it. School without medication was hell

        I relate. Dread every day.

        My answer was to draw and read scifi all day. Let my grades slide. Ignore everything.

        I graduated because… I dunno. I think they just wanted me out of there.
