This is true for starting anything. When I’m getting ready to run, I know I have a five minute warmup then a stretch, then the run, but when I start, it’s just a five minute warmup – nice and easy, no rushing.
For a work example, if I’m dreading starting something, I’ll spend a little time the day before just getting ready for it. Get the data accessible, write a checklist (as above, very helpful for offloading brain work onto the page), get reference documents ready (printed), etc.

I think the point is that the linked article doesn’t mention in the headline that said whistleblower was arrested.
No she said that trump had a presidential RIGHT that is protected by the constitution that says he can do this.

7·2 months agoTeaching in k-12. It’s very politicized right now, but I suspect they’re low on bodies. It’s a tough job, and in many areas, you should expect to be teaching something outside of your specialty.

My husband buys the toothpaste. When mine runs out I take his so that he will always know if the closet stock is empty. If I took one from the closet, and it was the last one then we might be left without. When we get low, it’s a game where we are constantly stealing the tube back and forth . I like to think this game helps him remember to get some more.
