Just take all of your money out of US speculative markets, we all know Trump will just crash those when it makes him a buck so don’t even pretend these markets matter anymore
I really hate my country and wish it nothing but the worst, but I do feel bad for some people here. A lot are irredeemable assholes but there are some genuinely good people here who don’t deserve what’s happening.

16·18 days agoI’ve never thought of anyone supporting LLMs in any sort of positive light. The ethical questions behind the creation of the largest models alone should have been enough to kill the tech in the first place. Let alone the insane environmental impacts and how this tech has undo any slight progress we have made in slowing climate change.
We are so fucked as a society if we continue letting corporations run wild and unchecked like this for any longer.

It’s kind of hard to not worry about something that directly affects how I get to live. It’s a lot easier for people who are not having their access to HRT taken away to say “just don’t let them live rent free in your head”. Like I’m sorry but I need to be informed if I’m going to lose the thing that saved my life.
I don’t live in a blue state, I don’t have the money to move to one. I have to read the news daily because I’d rather not miss the news that I might be forced to flee the country. It’s not really as comforting as it sounds to say that there are people who care about trans rights when an even larger group wants us dead and gone.
Thanks for trying but it didn’t really help at all
It was nice not entirely hating my body for a while, but now they are gonna take away my brief bit of not hating myself.
