come on, only one out of those four is a programming language
edit (begrudgingly): ok fine, half, but still
just looked it up and couldn’t find a decent client for ios. There was Monal but it looks more like a draft rather than a finished application. Things don’t even have padding or margins. The snikket one I won’t even mention, you can’t expect people to use something that gives them visual discomfort.
This tool is for your use case. It comes with bonus privacy features like unique address for each service so they can’t cross track you
Then there are also people who drink or used to drink a lot or use lots of recreational drugs in higher than safe doses and call it adhd when they experience memory or attention problems… When I finally admitted I needed help, it was after years of positive lifestyle changes not having any effect. That’s very bad too because I pretty much tortured myself for too long, most of my potential went down the drain and I became a person who pretty much no longer trusts themselves and is always scared of pursuing opportunities because of inevitable spiraling into dysfunction. That scenario is something nobody should end up in and people need to feel supported to seek help to minimize such damage, but those making zero effort and completely jumping over so many first steps in helping the typical and very common symptoms is really irresponsible. Having people claim to have adhd just because they have memory problems, or attention problems from spending unrestricted and unmonitored amount on apps designed to break the brain, or a textbook burnout… It’s not just insensitive to those who are suffering from the disability, it is also detrimental to give amphetamines to a body that needs care, rest, or exercise.
I think about this often and it’s very scary
I’m from a pretty sunny climate and I had the same problem there, despite spending at least adequate time outdoors
it’s been around 20 for years
I have 20 and haven’t been able to get it up in years
Why isn’t this an app?
The main reason for this is that I wanted to create a voice assistant that is completely offline and doesn’t require any internet connection. This is because I wanted to ensure that the user’s privacy is protected and that the user’s data is not being sent to any third party servers.
Weird reasoning, why constrain the assistant to pi’s power and memory when you can use it for interaction and utilize another, more powerful server at home
I set it up last month. I’ve rarely experienced had such a smooth setup process. Was putting it off for years because I had assumed I would need at least several hours. Right now I have one on a server and then every device syncs to it (thought it would be easy to set up backups that way)
Thousands? This is absolutely insulting, the estimations start at hundred and fifty thousand. Absolutely historic turnout, the march closed down several main avenues*. And the cover photos are shit, they don’t show how massive the crowd was
Ah, yes I completely misunderstood it, sorry

I got so excited about an app that would do both, went to App Store and got genuinely startled by how unpleasant it looked. I don’t understand when devs opt in to spend more time on custom styling when there are lots of properly designed libraries
I use camera one for github on a device outside my icloud, works great. A few websites also allowed me to add second passkeys (bitwarden in addition to icloud)
Because it’s a few dozen times faster? You can literally reach into a container and take out one cup and that’s it. Works for me ost liquids or grainy stuff. Not from US btw.
They don’t need to save up, they get billions from Europe for oil
do you mean starting the line with >
?
I know how that feels but it’s really worth it and you deserve the support it will give you
