I don’t think they’d do much better besides being safer, eventually. Just saying that’s the only place where they’d make sense to go.
Edit: giving it a bit more thought, they should also have greater passenger capacity for their size

Inner cities are better served by trolleys/buses anyhow. Self-driving taxis would work best at the edges of a city, or to fill gaps between train stations in suburbs
“De-privatize” is a really awkward phrasing for “nationalize”. Weird the way this article seems to dance around the word.
Quantity and quality aren’t the same, but it does feel inevitable that this would happen
Nah, it’s not universal, some of it is genetic. The other thing is, how often you wear ball-supporting underwear affects your rate of change of how much your balls sag.
Hey, don’t be sexist. There’s plenty of otherwise-tech-illiterate ditsy dudes in the same work pool.
My feed is aware of my politics and throws everyone I’m friends with or follow (and some who I’ve unfollowed) who wrote something objectively wrong or stupid that’s biased the other way politically.
It’s literally all rage bait unless I go in and manually block it from showing me those people at all.
Ah, you’re completely right.
If that person had a kid it’d be your third cousin, but since that person is OP’s parents’ second cousin, they are OP’s second cousin once removed.
For example, my great grandfather’s sister’s grandson was on the USS Thresher when it imploded. What would his relation be to me?
So your first common ancestors are your great great grandparents, so that’s third cousin, and they’re a generation older than you, so once removed. Third cousin once removed. EDIT: This was incorrect, it’s second cousin once removed since that person would be OP’s parent’s second cousin. See the replies below.
On that note, what do you call your grandparent’s sibling, vs your great grandparent’s sibling, and so on? Again, Google isn’t being very helpful here.
Grandparents’ siblings are you great aunts/great uncles, additional generations back you add more greats, so great grandparents’ siblings are your great great aunt/uncle. After a while people say “twice great” etc
I mean, they don’t HAVE to, but if they choose not to, the board of directors will push for a change in CSUITE personnel
If the board doesn’t maximize profit, the shareholders can sue them, so functionally they do have to.
Generally the app is better. Compatible with more container formats, audio formats (surround sound, Dolby digital, etc), and has hardware supported decoding for h265 video in addition to h264.
At least in the case of a Jellyfin server, you can download media locally when you know you’ll be without internet
This is sad, not funny
No, cats do intend to show you their butthole. It’s the highest form of trust and respect a cat can give you. They’re basically saying, “I’m going to show you my weakest spot so you know there’s no secrets between us”

They’re gonna accept money from China in exchange for favorable trade deals.
Not sure this qualifies as insane. Seems more like a self-defense maneuver to me. People have harassed and stalked this man to an absurd degree over features they wanted and bugs that bothered them that in some cases only existed in forks like Swanstation.
This is on top of this guy working a full time job. He can do what he wants and give away free code to the world on whatever terms he sees fit.
Basically, he got too famous and entitled assholes started treating him like a public slave.
It sucks and I’m sad to see him turn the project away from a true FOSS license, but I’d rather he contribute public code than not.
Giant corporations, too.
If you switch the devices line to
- /dev/dri:/dev/dri
as other have suggested, that should expose the Intel iGPU to your Jellyfin docker container. Presently you’re only exposing the Nvidia GPU.
Yeah, for instance the semi-ubiquitous “small TV with a vhs player built in” that was in a ton of mini-vans and kids’ rooms well into the early 2000s only supported analog cable/antenna signals, so it would give the black and white static when there was no signal.
