I think now that i know how to do it again if i run into a problem i dont mind keeping fresh about the procedure. Part of the problem is i forget how i previously did something successfully and i get worried about if i have to do it again

It was IPv4 address and also I was having various connection and VPN issues + Portmaster was running and interfering i think. When it runs, im not able to do wireless connection stuff with the iPhone and Windows laptop so I think I wont have this problem again.
