A mixture of dazed, overwhelmed and exasperated
Is no one gonna mention that this guys Christmas tree is already up and it’s not even Halloween yet?

This guy’s assertion that you’ll be thrown in prison for putting ‘static’ on your license iplate is insane. Cops do not care if you have dark tinted license plate covers, rendering them unreadable at a distance. Some strategically designed plate holder or a clear film with static is nothing
My favorite type of cat. Love it!

Goddamn, with a title like that I automatically glanced down to check if this was nottheonion
Pretty cool read, thanks for sharing
Except the cat owner is willing to go to bat for the cat
If nothing else that kid will understand he’s picking a fight with more than a cat
Lucky for me I’m one of today’s 10,000 and have not seen this before.
I hate grass, I hate mowing it and the free time that eats. Its useless
I’m slowly deleting patches by installing garden beds and pathways with things that are useful to me and wildlife and don’t need constant maintenance.
My dream is to strip off the top layer of most of the yard and put down some grasses that don’t grow above 4-6 inches and other ground cover between my garden beds.

China has an entire globe for a market. Us Yanks rely on china as our main supplier for nearly everything, because ‘made in America’ prices are unrealistic to compete with

There’s a Nicole community now?

The brain drain has begun.
What a smart long term move, alienating all the smart people into leaving

I’m reluctant to actually invest this years IRA contributions and may have better returns just holding it in standby as the market ‘volatility’ continues
Despite the advice that time in the market beats timing the market, I have a feeling these extraordinary circumstances mean the opposite for the time being
You have got to tell us about your job after that tantalizing bit

Oh she’s using a new picture now?
I’ll probably get it in my inbox sooner or later

Hardly ever to be honest, unless I’m looking back through my comment history to find a specific thing I’m looking up.
That’s not counting the proofreading/editing I do on longer comments before and immediately after submitting.
Old habits die hard from years of writing papers at school. My first draft at most anything reads bad and I’ve got habits to overuse punctuation or repeat words, so to not look like I’m insane I edit. Minor efforts go a long way in getting traction on comments too
Yeah I definitely read through and edited this after the first pass

The most disturbing part is that everyone is still discussing it.
You give him power by taking his mouth diarrhea as something more than just that.
It’s worse than that. I shoved it up on the curb and left. Like you see at any other store.
One time I didn’t return the cart at Aldi.
I still think about that a decade later.
Because that haunts me I always put the cart back no matter what
For those that don’t know you have to put a quarter in to use a cart and you get it back when you put it away which means there are never stray carts anywhere. People want their money back.
Protip: don’t rely solely on the timer. Pull a noodle out to sample a little bit early to find the right texture, if you do it that way you get perfect al dente every time.
