Republicans seem to throw their weight around all the time and never need this excuse. Dems have no teeth, they never have. They had 2 years of full control during Obama’s first term and couldn’t get anything done and let the GOP carve up Affordable Care just so they could take pretend it was bipartisan. Biden is hawkish on Israel because he remembers a version of Israel that doesn’t exist anymore. The stalwart of the Middle East is a shell of itself and it doesn’t want the rest of the world finding out. I know his age is a meme at this point but it’s worth pointing out here

I would have preferred the US foreign policy to be closer to what our founding fathers wanted, to stay the fuck out of everyone’s business. Same here, 04 was my first election so I was still under the haze of my parents politics but I remember very similar language being used back then.

I’m not on here talking about the “change” I’m enacting by voting third party. I’m not pretending I’m doing anything except for voting for the candidate I believe in and I don’t really see why it’s such a controversial take on these boards.

I’ll exercise my right to vote for whoever I want. It’s honestly wild to have this argument with liberals every single year. The Dems don’t deserve my vote just because I don’t like the other guy and you aren’t going to shame me into voting for their guy.

It’s not wasted for me. I’ll vote for whoever I want. I don’t care if they don’t win, I understand the politics of this country, but I refuse to vote for someone I don’t agree with and who my values don’t align with. I’m not here to play a numbers game, that’s not for me to play, I just want to vote for the candidates best aligned with my views.
