True, France is the last Western European imperial empire imo. They never really gave up imperialism entirely.

Landmass it encompasses isn’t exactly small but it doesn’t have as many governments which means draconian policy is easier to implement.

Also we are not as centralized as the UK is. The good thing is we are a collection of 50 states with their own governments. The UK is just a collection of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and a few other places like Isle of Man that I can think of at the top of my head and that’s it.

100% agree with you here. The key to winning is having a candidate the disaffected white men will be willing to vote for because they are the largest GOP voting block. If the Dems ran more guys like Platner then they’d win more often. That simple.
