They are fucking begging for violence to break out so they can start a massacre. They’re doing some heinous shit. It can get infinitely worse.

Bleeding heart just means that they’re too caring. As in, the type to give handouts and hug trees. But I haven’t heard that in forever. I think it’s been switched out for socialists.
Not sure if I agree on the other two. They are definitely coopted for political gain. But I don’t know that it changes the base term. When they say “woke mob”, I don’t hear an implication that it’s disingenuous.
Virtue signaling definitely applies though.
I do find it ironic that liberals (people who just want to live their lives and not impede on others, not the politicians) give the least amount of fucks. They don’t give a fuck if gays marry, but they also don’t give a fuck if they’re not allowed to (assuming it doesn’t impact them).

Even if it was, you’re allowed to be opposed to something in the constitution. That’s why we have amendments.

Guaranteed the far-right doesn’t see them as people.

Well, he acknowledged reality and showed a video of Trump. You can’t do that.

I mean, that’s what I’m asking.

So the split hairs is that technically it’s not communism because it’s not helping the workers?
This really feels like “no true Scotsman”. The government that workers chose, seized the means of production. This is communism.

Except they have actually started seizing parts of businesses. Is that not literally communism? Honest question. Because if it’s not, I don’t know what it is.

The wild justifications for defending his ousting is more telling than anything.
Like, literally quoting him saying he supports free speech. But hate speech should not be condoned. Still true.
The sensationalist headlines which have lied about him talking about Charlie Kirk in any capacity, rather than Charlie Kirk simply being tangentially related.
The comparison to people being fired for actual hate speech targeting people, usually after given multiple chances to stop inciting harassment and violence.
Reminding everyone that he lampooned blackface.
Reminding everyone that he was on The Man Show.
They used a lot of time and energy on some words and a video that were in no way controversial.

Or like Trump did with Bernie.

Where did we land on antisemitism on campus? Didn’t people get fired for saying it was free speech as long as it didn’t become harassment or violent? Why was Kirk allowed on campuses with impunity?
Or was that only disallowed when they wanted to crush pro-palestine protests?

There’s always a $1 per month (for one year) Black Friday promotion for new Hulu accounts. We just flip between two accounts every year.
This last year they had the same promotion for Disney+.

In certain areas, it could be. For a solid blue or red state/area, the primary is going to be more important to winning. Giving people a reason to turn out will be disproportionately important in the primary due to the lower voter turnout.
Having said all that, she’s completely aware that people get weird about trans issues and the nation gets easily scared and defensive. She has made it a point (and has stated before) she is not a trans representative, she is a representative who is trans. She has also made it a point to not give anti-trans people fodder (eg. forcing her to use the wrong bathroom) to further target trans people.
Edit: For the record, I think this is a bad move. Charlie Kirk incited violence against many groups, especially trans people. His words certainly led to trans deaths. But I think this is a strategic move.

I’m in full support of primarying every Dem who supports this remembrance shit as well as any Dem who is pro-genocide.
However, I dont like the idea of singling out minorities for “betraying” their people over the rest of the members who do the same.
However, there is the obvious that part that people assume that people will represent people like them (trans, woman, Black, Muslim, Jewish, etc), which garnered them extra support.

It doesn’t really matter. The left is always pushing for peace and unity. The right is always pushing for violence and division. I’m blaming both on the right.
Hell from what I can tell, Tyler appears to have simply been horrified by the hate and bigotry he witnessed first hand, which put trans lives (like his roommate’s) in jeopardy.
That could very well not be the case, but that’s what it looks like to me.

I appreciate that. I’m just trying to be honest. And if anyone isn’t willing to go nuclear, they can still make changes. In my case, I cut out 95% of what I was giving to them.

I didn’t cancel my $1 per month Disney or Hulu subscriptions. But I did cancel my $40 ESPN + NFL+ subscription and made sure to put the reason why.

How disappointed was everyone when they heard how mundane the comments were?
I know when every headline said he commented on Kirk’s assassination I was expecting comments on Kirk’s assassination.

"We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them, and doing everything they can to score political points from it,”
https://www.msnbc.com/top-stories/latest/jimmy-kimmel-pulled-abc-charlie-kirk-nexstar-rcna232036
Also, every headline I’ve seen portrays it as a comment on Kirk or on the shooting. But it’s entirely about the MAGA reaction.
Actually she was just sharing the fan theory for Signs. /jk
