It doesn’t take much to see that. And when you only have 2 shit choices, going with the less shit option is preferable. So yes, it’s the fault of voters that we have trump. It’s the DNCs fault Harris was their top pick and that the primaries were a joke. But in the end it’s voters that pick and they decided between the living embodiment of “meh” and an orange cunt with muktiple felonies and a nasty track record of fucking over everything in his path, And the voters picked the orange cunt. The parties don’t vote. People do. And people were narcissistic twats that went off “the general vibe of things” instead of using any reasoning whatsoever. They did have policies that benefitted the electorate. Lots of them. But I guess when people can’t look at anything but one single issue, and looking poorly I might add, considering that trump was known to be worse by far, it doesn’t matter. But hey, keep blaming anyone but the people responsible for casting their votes. I’m sure it will fix the mess they created by voting with their feelings instead of their reason.

I think many people already understood they vote with their feelings instead of their brain. They care more about how a candidate makes them feel than about their policies. They care more about “the vibe” than anything logical. And it’s fucking us all. A candidate shouldn’t have to stroke anyone’s fee fees, people should use the meat in their skull prison to make a sound and reasonable choice.

But i guess this country is certainly too stupid to make basic reasonable choices when presented with options. So you have a point. Don’t call them stupid or idiots because their feelings are more important to them than reason. Fucking cromagnon politics. Gonna be even more important when the DoE is ripped out.

Voters are responsible for their choices. Not political parties.

Sorry for the delayed reply here, but thanks for taking what I said as it was meant. Definitely not excusing anyone here just looking for a reason beyond basal hatred.

Some of those details you relayed I was unaware of and they certainly play against these perpetrators to a greater degree. Thanks for including that info. It almost seems like (as expected of any large group) there is a mixture of degrees. The ones specifically hunting jews instead of targeting the problematic israelis are much further away from being just upset. Something worse is troubling those people and they are firmly in the group I’d call racist. Definitely a difficult situation. Upset people are being grouped in with opportunist racists and nothing good comes of any of it.

This is just an opinion, so take it with that in mind. I think the reason they said “jew hunt” and other similarly gross language is because a group of Israelis were behaving in a greatly offensive manner. And because these people were offended by these Israelis, they used language offensive to israelis in return.

It’s not uncommon for hurt people to lash out and act in an offensive manner. I don’t think that makes it anti semetic though. Or at least it’s different from purposeful antisemitism which hates based on them being jews. This is anger based on them being insufferable cunts. And I really think that’s an important distinction. You can’t say that Isaraelis can never be hated. You can’t say that about any group. No one is permanently exempt from being hated based in their actions. Some groups earn their hate and these ones certainly earned what they got. Whether they deserved what they earned is debatable though.

Failure of omission. They failed to act when they could have. It lead to a worse result.

Morality is most definitely subjective. Talk to different groups around the globe and you’ll find different moral boundaries. The morals posed by Islam differ from christianity, which differ from buddhism, which all differ from nihilistic views, and still further diverge from tribal morals of small secluded tribes of people. While they shouldn’t be based on emotion, they do tend to be reactionary and emotional at their outset. And breaking them within any particular group tends to get you strong emotional responses.

It’s funny to me all the times that I’ve been considered not manly enough, whether it’s wearing my hot pink vans or a pink shirt or tie, allowing my gf or now my daughters to paint my nails, and tons of other examples I’ve been called gay for too. It made me think, what really makes a man. And going by their own definition, isn’t it one sign of a man to not be swayed by the opinion of someone who seeks only to denigrate? So why would I care about their opinion?

Boring answer:Because it’s a game made by humans. Same reason the na’vi from avatar have boobs.

Yeah understandable, and I agree. They might have been in the process of getting a contract with a gov or similar large client that had a nationality requirement as part of the requirements too. I’m not trying to defend them though, just probing at other potential reasons for their move that may not be entirely visible from what they seem on the surface.

I don’t think they assume everyone is a spy. I think it’s that they aren’t confident in their ability to weed them out. Still seems extreme but really depends on the confidentiality of their work.
