I’m glad you are finally getting the help that you need. I’m diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Luckily my mother has always been in support of medication for mental health. So I was able to get treatment at a decently young age. It was mostly my own stubbornness of not wanting to accept I was “broken” that I didn’t get treatment till I was 19.

Fuck that. If they want to force us to pack our own shit they can bloody well wait. I take my time to pack nicely and then I walk back to the payment system and pay. Usually the next customer is already encroaching on the pay terminal so I push them back by invading their personal space. Ever since covid and pushing for reusable bags they force us to pack our own stuff, they can reep what they they sow.

I found the term “age of consent” confusing. As I understand it, after googling ( I hope I’m not on a watch list now ) is that age of consent means consent with an adult?? Kids who are 12 can consent to having sexual activity with someone 2 years older in canada. No one under 12 can consent to anything ever. So what does age of consent mean exactly? Someone who is 19 years of age an older? What age is defined as an adult? It’s different per country right?
