Does anyone know of lemmy instances without as much censorship?
If you run your own, you can just undo the moderated action. I do that often on my instance just to see it without having to trawl through a modlog. But you should be able to also see it in the Modlog if you look there, can even filter by username.
Ok but they’re pushing for more takedowns, not less (although there is a freedom of speech right, but it seems only the EU high court cares, not the commission)

I’d like to decide for myself what I get to see. There’s a block button for that reason.

Lemmy shows that we can’t just give randoms the ability to be authoritarians. We need a government that forces these people to not censor.
I disagree. The government doesn’t need to step in and dictate how lemmy moderators moderate.
We just need to build and support communities that don’t abuse mod powers over those that do.
Which government can you trust to force people to not censor?
