Four people were killed Thursday when a tourist submarine sank off Egypt’s Red Sea resort city of Hurghada, according to a Facebook post by the Russian embassy in Egypt.

I’ve been inside a “submarine” like that before in Egypt and if one of the windows break, you are pretty fucked.
You can visit closed parts by bribing guards so imagine the maintenance on these attractions.
