      Right, but Buryatia is not as accessible and inhabited as western regions. It may take a while. Depends on what priority it’s gonna have.

        Well, there’s a railway line going right to the point of the dam failure. I assume railway maintenance crews can’t be very far (might still mean hundreds of kilometers in Russia ofc.)
