I’d assume the same as falling fast first into a pool (happened to me once, was embarrassing in front of my mates, but I stood up.) Just with more dirty clothes/skin.
That section she fell into is quite deep. It also has enough algae and dockweed to look like grass and be extremely slippery. And she couldn’t swim. So even if she didn’t hit her head, or get trapped or choked by weeds, the fact that she drowned isn’t suspicious in itself.
You need to go fall into a canal right now. Get a good taste for how it actually is falling face first into a muddy canal.
