Iiiiif I remember it right, people moved into it. It had an uncertain, infinite amount of rooms but, as people are able to move in, we can safely assume that while rooms are infinite, guests are not. They had a beggining ( and first fam must be reaaaaaally tired of moving).
So, resolve utilities on projected growth, scaling when needed. Trash dunno tho. Unending conveyor belt running in basement? xD
Well power and water can’t run forever, the diameter of the water pipe won’t be enough as pressure decreases the further it goes and the more people that use water, it’s similar with sewage best way to get rid of it is to use gravity for it to flow, temporary holding wells and pumps also would work, but is this hotel vertically infinite of horizontally, both? Pocket dimension?
For power you would need extremely thick cables or a lot of them to be able to power enough boilers, AC/Furnaces, dryers, and everything else, it would be a better idea to have power generation be inside the hotel with substations to spread it to further rooms. I don’t even wanna think of the fire risks.
The real world makes if work by having it spread out, easier to manage this way.
