There are dedicated online shops and the only other place I’ve ever found them IRL was a camping/outdoors supplier, they are a very light source of protein.
That’s in the EU though, don’t know how insect food is regulated wherever you live.
I never bought it though, I found it pretty expensive, don’t really need it, and I’m a vegetarian anyways.
I have tried them at a museum once, though. Pretty unspectacular if you ask me, a bit nutty in taste but also quite dry. I prefer actual nuts as a snack.
